Situated in the Trophy Trout Zone, where over 18,000 Rainbow and Brown trout are stocked from December to February just upstream below the dam, these properties are a fly-fishing paradise. Each home includes fishing poles, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, a 2-person canoe, life jackets (kids and adults), and water shoes, all stored in dedicated outdoor sheds.
