Fire Ban Status: Guests must check the Comal County Fire Marshal status before using the outdoor fire pit due to potential burn bans.

Pets: Please no pets (RSA welcome).

Parties: No disruptive parties or events allowed (per Airbnb rules). Please respect the property: no tacks, nails, tape, glitter, or confetti. Please return furniture to its original position to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Lake Levels: Canyon Lake’s water levels can fluctuate due to drought—check conditions if water activities are a priority. Located boat blocks away from public boat ramp #2.
