We’ve got you covered with complimentary fishing poles, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, a 2-person canoe, some life jackets available (for kids and adults), and water shoes, all stored in the outdoor shed. (these items are on the property and at no cost but we have no guarantee of their availability or functionality due to frequent use) Fire up the gas grill for a riverside feast or rinse off in the luxurious outdoor shower after a day of fun. Important Notes Our standard policy requires a minimum stay of two nights. For guests without prior rental history or reviews, we require a $500 refundable security deposit, which will be returned upon checkout, provided there are no issues.
